Spaghetti with Black Squid Ink 250gms/pack

Our squid ink spaghetti comes from carefully selected durum wheat semolina. The squid ink used to color and flavor them gives this pasta its typical black colour, the recognizable scent of fish and molluscs and an intense and savory taste of the sea. Our squid ink pasta is cooked in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package, and then seasoned with a sauce. An advice? Use a fish and bottarga based sauce.
